What is considered a good sized bass?

  • i caught a 12 pound bass and my friend said that was small for a large mouth bass. i didnt think he was right, so i had it gutted and i mounted it in the garage. is he a liar

    Not near world record, but a 12 pounder is a lunker in most areas!!! Most pro bass fishermen would give anything to have a 12# fish in the live well!!!

Dang, thats a big one. I think the Wisconsin record is somethin like 10 mayb 11 not sure. My top is a 5 lb.

That's sweet dude! I fish up here in Wisconsin, and I've never heard of any one in the area catching one that big. I'd put it on my wall too!

Sounds like a "fish story" but if you really did catch a 12 pound large mouth, you have caught a very large bass.
