you could try over the counter nasal sprays like those that contain oxymetazoline as their active ingredient. they are very effective but you could only use them for a week.

use nasal sprays with warm water and salt and drop in each hole one or two drops until you really feel the water come through to your mouth then you will find that your airway between your nose and mouth open so keep clean your nose with this and you will never get infection of any sort to your throat p s other wise you can just get a medicine from the pharmacy called Sterimar Sea Water Nasal Spray
