How to get my email if I lost my password?

I've lost my password and the alternate email address it was sent too, how can i get my password back?

  You can go to your regular Yahoo homepage and type in the address bar or just go here: http://help.yahoo.com/ (when you click on this link, it should take you directly to Yahoo Help!!!!) it'll take you to a page where #1 is Yahoo! Central Help, click it, & on the page it takes you to then, it says: YAHOO HELP TOP 5 QUESTIONS you should find some help there, & please make sure you get a small tablet & write down your first address & password, second address & password, etc... & keep them in a safe place so no one else can get a hold of them. There is so much to remember, I have to write it down, & when I change a password, I use the liquid paper, & go over the old password, or if you don't want to do that, PUT THE DATE DOWN BY YOUR PASSWORDS on the tablet.
