Parmentier station, one station up Republique. Walk up the Oberkampf street. There's one there on the left side midway up. There's probably many others around but that's the one I know.

You could try contacting your hostel to find out what laundry facilities they have. Most travel guides to France/Europe provide information on the location of laundromats in cities.
