hello, for some important reason i need paypal money, but i only can buy a paysafecard. can i transfer the money from paysafecard to paypal ? if yes, how?

Unfortunately you can't ... but if you plan on paying for games, skype, music or whatever first take a look whether the shop won't accept paysafecards as well since a hell lot of games/online stores do. You can take a look at paysafecards page to see who accepts it!
