Best speakers for hometheatre polk audio, energy or jbl or any other, pls help?

    Your best bet is to go and discover your local independent high end audio video store, as they carry the better brands of speakers and equipment, and the salesmen at these stores have years of experience designing, install and calibrate these systems properly. It depends on your budget. The ones you listed are entry-level brands to the world of audiophile. Out of those brands, I favor Polk Audio because it has a much more well-rounded sound. You need to listen to the speakers yourself in the store to determine which you like best.

You could always check out Legacy Audio, they make multi-thousand dollar... pretty much everything. The Whisper XD alone goes for $25.000 and thats just your floor speakers. And they don't dabble in ANYTHING that isn't PURE AUDIOPHILE.

only comparison of quality in shop side by side of different music systems running at same time can confirm quality. personally i only choose sony.

Bose is the best in home theater audio if you can afford it
