How do you connect a win7 computer and win Vista PC to one printer?

Install the printer on one PC. Use your home network and find the networked printer on the other PC. As long as the PC with the printer is turned on you can share it on the other printer. Or buy a router that supports a networked printer. Plug the printer into the router and access it from either PC.
