What is the average price range of a photo printer?

I would like to know what's the best (quality/speed/price) photo printer in the 200-250$ or less range?

I just read a test on compact phot printers-heres the winner-- Epson PictureMate Dash PM 260, $99.99 Printer style: Inkjet Cheapest cost per print: 25 cents Average print time: about 38 seconds hope that helps

hp office jet. search it on amazon it is a very speedy printer and im pretty sure it is less than 200 bucks. hope this helps. i need the best answer points thank you
