  If you can discover the file name of the image you can search your computer (Window button + F on the keyboard) and then delete the images. If that doesn't work try holding the pointer over the picture for about 3 sec and see if a name pops up. If not click on "FILE" the click on "PREFERENCES" (or "OPTIONS"). In this menu you can look for the location of temp files (pictures) or the location of saved images. Hope this helps.
