How do I move the taskbar?

My taskbar is on the bottom and I want it on the left side of the screen. It lets me move it up and down some but not to the side. I'm making sure its unlocked and that I have ...show more
Answer:

First, right click on the taskbar. Once a little box pops up click "lock the taskbar" to unlock it. If it is unchecked you will be able to drag it to the side.

It does let you move to the left. Just drag it to the left part of the screen. Although keep in mind that it won't look exactly fine. The task bar becomes vertical, but the text in the task bar buttons (running apps) remains horizontal. So you'll have to increase it's width by a great deal to properly view the text.
