I would just say that you are very interested in the university. You have researched it online and it seems like a great place to study. You can elaborate on what those reasons are- whether they are b/c there is no better place to study architecture than rome, etc... Just tell them a bit about yourself, your hobbies, why you want to study at their university, what you hope to gain, what you would bring to their university if you were accepted, etc.
