does ure camera need a driver ? do the Computer detects it ? if yes try to download super copier instal it and copy with it http://sourceforge.net/projects/supercopier/ If not then you will have to download ure camera driver . EDITED : Does ure computer detects it !!!?! Means when u plug it in can u u look at the pics on computer thats on ure camera and u just having problem copying it or the computer doesnt even detects it ?
