  Viewing high quality video over the internet is limited by the bandwidth available for the video. Most broad band connections are in the 5-700 Kbs range. Video has to be compressed from it's original form in order to be viewed without long buffer times. Some sites offer dual stream video that will detect a customers viewing experience and adjust to the appropriate stream. Try StashSpace. They have several different account levels that offer different levels of video quality. Their free account level is a 350 Kbs video stream but their paid level will stream a dual stream with the high at 700 Kbs and you can stash super high quality video for archiving and ordering on DVD.
