Here's another one: Scientists have divided the Earth up with lines like graph paper. They numbered the lines. The satellite beams down saying "Hi, I'm flying along line B-7 right now!" The Blackberry says to itself, "OK, well I am just a few feet to the left of that beam, so I guess am standing on line number B-9." The person tracking you on their phone or computer dials in to your Blackberry, which then confesses, "who, me? I'm on B-9." And then shows them on a map, where B-9 is. The lines aren't really named like that, because they would run out of letters and numbers. The numbers are a lot longer. But you get the idea. .
