Yodel = Home Deliver Network (HNDL), oh dear..... not the best service in the world but people consider it cheap Call the people sending the phone Their responsible for its safe delivery, no matter who they sub-contract (arrange) the delivery with. - if there was a 24hrs delivery promised, then they are in breach of contract - you can always 'suggest' that are going to cancel and buy elsewhere as you need the phone now - and it 'was' promised/ Was it promised in a specific delivery time ?
