What can someone expect if they are caught driving on a expired drivers license and no proff of insurance? ?

My friend got caught driving on a expired drivers license and no proof of insurance in the state of Missouri. Any idea of what might happen to her?
Answer:

2 tickets 50.00 fine for expired license 25.00 fine or no fine (depends on judge) if she can prove she had insurance, but not the card with her.... no insurance at all...100.00 fine and suspended license
