How to make a carbon fiber hood?

Does any one know where or who can make or sell a carbon fiber hood for a 83 caprice?

  Whats the point? My '83's hood offered little to nothing in the way of weight, visibility and style once I sat behind the wheel of my car. The stock seating level had me so low that even the side panels had me confused in the over-all scheme of things. I submit to the fact that I see things better from the driver's seat. Carbon fiber would better be utilized allong what you see from the driver's seat. The dash and door frames perhaps? Package deck and window visor too?
