Will they cancel my financial aid now that I dropped a class?

    As long as you dropped the class correctly and successfully then you all you need to do is pass your other classes. It is not counted toward to you if you drop a class but if you just stop going to class and/or fail it then it will count against you. You should be fine and good luck in your studies!

The pass rate has to do with the amount of classes that are graded at the end of the semester, so if you dropped one class it doesn't matter. If you pass the 2 classes you stayed with then you have a 100% passing rate. Dropping a class doesn't mean you failed so it has nothing to do with your pass rate. Dropped classes don't affect your GPA either. Don't worry, you are fine :) Just make sure you pass both your classes!!!
