You must go to "Blue Martini"! Its about 10 min away from the strip however, the atmosphere and people are super friendly. They have an outside and inside bar, bands/dj, and a wonderful sexy staff. Another plus is the happy hour everyday from 4-8, half priced martinis!

5o'clock somewhere bar at Flamingo or Harrah's Carnaval Court. Also as another person said any of the decent casino bars. I have never been to Blue Martini but intend going there when I visit in first week of October
