What season will France, switzerland, spain, monaco and italy be in, in January/feb beginning??

It's still winter everywhere north of the equator, and last time a check all of those countries were. France and Switzerland will be very cold and you might have snow. All the rest will just be cold. You need to check with your airline, but usually you are only allowed two checked bags and one very small carry-on bag. Some airlines only allow one checked bag. All the checked bags need to be no more than 50lbs or you will be charged extra. Fact is it's next to impossible for one person to move around that much luggage. If you can't travel with one checked bag and one carry on you have too much stuff. That time of year, I would dress very warm.
