I cannot attach files into my Yahoo! account, even though I can use the same computer to attach files into my Hotmail account. What should I do to fix the problem in my Yahoo! account?

I have the same problem I switched to yahoo classic mail and haven't a problem. Some people have said yahoo is going through maintenance. When I tried to get it fixed on customer care chat they did not mention it but also didn't fix my problem
