All those that commute to london?whats the cheapest ways to buy train tickets?

    Depends on the distance and how often you are travelling. If you're using the train for work 5 days a week, buy a Season Ticket. For leisure travel within South East England up to approximately 70 to 80 miles from London, travel after 09-30 weekdays and anytime weekends and buy a cheap day return, or a One Day Travelcard if you're going to use the Underground and buses in London. For longer distance travel advance purchase tickets valid for specific trains will be the cheapest; best to buy them from the station or the actual train company website you are using. if you're actually commuting (ie getting into london during rush hour, 5+days a week) a season ticket may well be - but probably a you-london one, then an oyster card one to get around cheapest way? work flexitime and arrive after rush hour for much cheaper tickets
