If you cannot practice healthcare or things related to medicine in your own country then you cannot go to a developing country and practice healthcare. Just because they are developing does not mean they do not need qualified people doing medicine. People in developing countries still require a certain standard and that must be given. Especially if you are volunteering somewhere then a lot of the people who would be accessing you would be of lower income and not being able to afford or access proper healthcare so you must have qualifications.
