  You could always try royal caribbean.com they are always helpful. Brilliance of the seas probably does cruise tours. I have watched samantha brown brilliance of the seas mediterranean and at the end she said royal caribbean does do cruise tours. You could also try princess cruises, they do a lot of cruise tours I am not sure about carnival I doubt they do cruise tours and even in the med and they have a lot of ships around the us Try royal caribbean or deffinitly princess cruises
