    I'd double check with your future wife to be sure a surprise honeymoon is what she wants. It sounds like a great trip - but it's undoubtedly expensive, it lasts 1/2 a month and it may not be what she would have picked. Who's to say she didn't want to do something else? What you see as a nice surprise, she may see as overly controlling or frivolous. Not the way you want to start a marriage. Ask her if she'd like you to plan a surprise trip for the honeymoon. If she says "yes", go for what you're planning. If she says she'd like to be involved in the process, sit down with her and pick out something together that you both enjoy and agree upon. You can start by suggesting what you already have in mind. Strong marriages are built on trust and agreement, not unilateral actions, even well intended ones. Good luck!

Yes, I know for sure that people have been able to disembark from the NCL ship in the middle of the journey. However I don't know the background of them so YMMV. BUT, have you really checked that the air fare really would be significant amount more? I mean that when I fly to Southern Europe from Finland, usually the round-trip ticket is about the same price or even less that one-way would be - even if the round-trip had different cities (like I've flown from Helsinki to Frankfurt, rented a car and weeks later returned from Berlin to Helsinki, as one round-trip ticket). That is because one-way tickets are usually used by business travelers that do not know their plans ahead and they can be charged more. If you're sure that you'll want to disembark in Alexandria, I'd suggest that you'd contact NCL directly and make sure that there won't be any problems. P.S. As you've looked already, if you book from NCL directly, always book using US-site (ncl.com) and not EU-site (ncl.eu), their euro prices are noticeably higher.
