  There are many things you can make with these leftovers, so as not to let them go to waste. One of the things I always do is make up the filling for turkey pot pie (using the leftover turkey, green beans, other vegetables, and gravy) and then put in a freezer bag, and freeze until ready to use. In the freezer, this can last up to 4 months. Macaroni and cheese can be frozen as well, for up to 2 months.
