I want to form a teen group...but i dont know anyone who can sing?

i want to form a singing group like the boy group from BGT but i dont know anyone who sings well or is interested...how can i do something like that?

I suggest that you start off with a few well-known songs that are out of copyright so that you do not get in trouble with the law.
