How long should an employee self evaluation be?

Help me cheat my employee performance self evaluation?

  Just say that you feel you have improved in x,y, z areas, and that you are looking forward to continuing to improve in a, b, c areas. You can say you feel you've "gelled" with the department or office, and talk about any achievements you've made (employee of the month, help on a big project, etc.) Talk about how much you enjoy your job, and how you look forward to increased responsibility in the future, blah blah blah. I freakin hate self evaluations. They are so stupid, and are just a way for bosses to not have to think up all the stuff for your real evaluation by themselves. Every boss I've had just basically copied stuff from whatever I wrote, lol.
