team player is a biggie. no one wants a person who can't get along well with others. the next one i would choose is reliable. that let's them know that they can count on you to show up for work on time and get the work done. finally, i would pick, trustworthy. trust is very important when one is dealing with merchandise. business owners like to know that their employees won't steal from them.
