    If you do not have a huge history of changing jobs, or if that was not your only professional experience, I would just say that you left because of a personality conflict with your supervisor. If the issue is as you say, then why would your supervisor say that you were not re-hirable? Were you a cop who failed to report her shift supervisor who was ripping off junkies? Where you a nurse who failed to report a supervisor who was stealing drugs? The only issue is if you not reporting was a major breach of your own professional responsibilities.
