Absolutely not. Law school is just school. There's no requirement to do anything with your degree. Practically speaking, it would make sense to practice here.

In the USA, you can practice law in whichever states you sit for and pass the bar exam. I do not believe you actually have to attend law school to do so - but to gain all the knowledge to do so would be pretty hard without it.
