I have a job interview at McDonald's. What are some of the questions I will be asked?

You must be at least 16 to have a job at McDonald's, so I am surprised they have called you for interview. :/ Usually the interviewer (the business manager of that particular restaurant, or second manager) will conduct it. Interviewers often start by asking you to tell them about yourself, and why you applied, and what you expect to gain from being employed by McDonald's. A lot of the questions also pertain to if you get the job, e.g. what hours are you willing to do. Honestly, if you get to the interview stage, you have an 85% chance of getting the job. If they show you around a restaurant and give you a work trial (usually about 10-15 minutes on the drive-thru presenting window, if they have one), this is a good sign. Best of luck. :)

I went in for an interview about two weeks ago, they ask you Why would you be a good candidate for the job why do you want to work there What are your strengths if they called your referiess what would they say about you are you commuted and a hard worker Hope this helped remember to practice questions and answers with your family before. It's usually a good sign if they called you in for an interview, they're most likely just making sure you're not some druggie or whatever. I know some questions interviews tend to have are about your strengths and weaknesses and examples of how you work well in a group, etc.. McDonald's interview shouldn't be too tough though, just look decent and make it seem like you want to work there.
