How should I get to a Nursing Career from a Psych major degree?

I just got kicked out of my Bio major for failing OChem, and have two quarters to declare a new major. I am a second year student at UC Irvine. I want to do nursing but I cant get ...show more

The fastest way is to try to transfer into a program with a nursing school. You can continue int he psych BA, but you will need to be sure and take the nursing pre-reqs and then either find an accelerated nursing program (for someone with a degree already) or apply to another program. Either way, you are looking at some additional time spent in college. You might consider the Cal State nursing system, rather than the UC one.
