Does anyone know the payscale for sonographers & radiology techs and what is the job market like?

Answer:
It depends on where u live and where u work such as outpatient, doctors office, ER, hospitals, ON CALL, contract. The pay varys on where u go. The demand for rt and ultrasound will be stronger that ever thanks to technology. I live in tx i started off as an rt making around $20 and went up to about $28 i went back 2 school 4 about a year for ultrasound and as of now i making around $32. They are both wonderful feilds i enjoy it very much. You can do it if u like just do good in class study hard and do well on your interview for whatever program u choose. I recommend anything medical especially if you love helping people.
