    You most certainly can become an RN with an Associate Degree. The pay may be a little less, but you'll certainly be able to get a job. The main difference in an RN with an Associate Degree and one with a Bachelor of Science is that the BSN can advance to head nurse, director, do research, consulting or teaching. Get your Associates in Nursing and be proud of your achievement. If you want to go on later to get a BSN you certainly can do that. Good luck to you.
