What do I need to do to be an ultrasound technician?

To go to school to be a Diagnostic Medical sonographer (ultrasound technician) what do you need to know first?

    You don't need those. You don't even need to take high school physics. However, generally you'll need the basics like 3 units of math, 3 units of sciences, and so on. There will probably be pre-reqs so if you don't test out, you'll have to take those.Request an information brochure from the colleges you are looking at. They will have the info you need.

i just got accepted into a program for this! its general physics and algebra..basic ones. at least it was for me. in fact i only had to take the easiest physics available!
