Aside from this being really dumb and immature...you could probably get arrested for harrassment - especially if they call the cops and you don't stop.

prank calls get a stern talking to by the police. trouble? not so much. just apologize and don't lie to the police if they were indeed called. and quit making prank calls. there really isn't a law that prevents wasting people's time.
