What kind of jobs are there for a computer science major?

What kind of jobs are available with a computer science degree or a computer information degree?

  I currently work at a subsidiary of a major area bank. This subsidiary has many computer programmers, datacom, and help desk related employees. All of which are there to support various banks from the easiest to the most technical questions. The programmers also write software to make the banker's jobs easier and the processing side of things run smoothly. There is a huge need for computer trained people in the banking industry and pretty much everywhere else. I know of very few companies that operate without computers these days.
