Try to stay awake more during the day--Keep yourself busy. Don't stress out take a nice warm bath before bed and have a glass of warm milk. Works good. Try it it may work for you.

You have to make yourself do something interesting or exciting in the daytime and at night stay off the computer and just lay in bed. If you worked in the daytime, you wouldn't have the luxury of sleeping and you would defiantly sleep at night.

Try to stop anticipating, things will happen when we least expect it to, anticipation seems to take to forever. Make sure you get outside everyday even if its just a walk around your block, your mind frame will change and what is keeping you restless will fade. Plop your-self in bed with a good book, no TV, hopefully before you know it you'll be drifting off into lala land.

I keep sending you to bed!!! Brush your teeth at 23:55 & hit the sack at 24:00. Oh bother, it's not like I can spank you for not doing what I say. Your just going to have to put yourself to bed at 22:00 & force yourself to stay until 04:00. Read a book when you go to bed, try "Hitchhiker's Guide...."

Since you awakened at 3pm today, get back to bed by 10pm..that will give you a few hours to lay and just relax...in total darkness. Try listening to music too! Anything will get me to sleep nowdays. I am very relaxed. Then get up at 5AM. If you need, nap tomorrow but only 30 minutes to an hour and closer to 11AM, but ABSOLUTELY no later than 1pm. I have a feeling once everything you were anticipating has come to pass and all is well and right in your world, you will have no problems sleeping as you need. You just have to be patient until everything is done and you can breathe easily!!!

Stop sleeping so long. If you go to bed at 5:00 am,then when you really want to go to sleep get up at 9:00am. Go for a run. Do something that takes alot of energy,no naps !!!Just keep yourself really busy by the time 9:00 pm comes you'll be ready to sleep. Good Luck You'll be O.K. !!
