Why does cold air make me sleepy?
-
-
Answer:
Really cold air holds less oxygen. The body has to work harder for the oxygen it does get, and even then, it's not enough. So, there's less oxygen going to the brain, and that puts the brain in a whole different style of operations- a sleepier one.
