How bad for you is cracking your fingers?

    There's no real way to make anyone do anything, it's very bad for someone to do that though, it won't have a quick affect but by the time they hit 35-50 they'll start having terrible arthritis in those fingers. I know many people that are suffering now for cracking their fingers when they were young.
