I just got hired on the spot by Target a couple days ago. Ive been on many interviews though where the interviews always say "We have a few more interviews and we will get back to you" and they never got back to me :( But no target doesnt always hire on the spot but in my situation they did. Its also a little weird they didnt bring up your availability because usually all retail stores bring that up even if they dont plan on hiring you. Target is also a very very hard store to get into, ive heard they really only want the best people working there(atleast in my area) Just wait it out a few days and see if they call you back. You can even call them up and ask if they have made a decision. Goodluck
