Of course sweetheart. You can use your mom or your boyfriend. The smarter thing to do would be to use your mom's information because (im guessing) you live with her. Or if you want, you can use your boyfriends info too. As long as they are both over 18. The only thing is that the account and the address will be in their names, not yours. So if you ever buy anything using their information, it will go to the cardholders house, being your mom or your boyfriend.
