Is it legal for retail stores to pay you 3 per hr plus only 10% commission on sales?

I thought only restaurants were able 2 pay employees with that low of a wage... isn't there some kind of law agaisnt low pay? Is it different in utah?

Not sure the laws in your state but you should have a minimum wage' three bucks an hours is ridiculous, yes it is against the law where I am from, Canada, I think our low wage is like 9 bucks an hour which is very brutal still

any salary that a manager offers an employee is legal, if you accept the price that he gives you it is 100% legal.
