Why does my eye keep twitching?

Why does my bottom eye lid keep twitching?

• Since Saturday my left bottom eye lid won't stop twitching! It stops for awhile then resumes it's annoying twitching. Why does it keep doing that?

• Answer:

  Probably stress, i usually get this. Staring at the computer screen too long, too much caffeine, general stress health wise or lack of sleep. This usually happens when i don't sleep enough or when i stay up all night doing work. Could be you just sleep or stop drinking stuff with caffeine or take some time off the computer, it's annoying yes but it does go away
