How can I improve my time management skills?

What can I do as part time job to improve my social and management skills?

  • I am a software engineer in a reputed company in Bangalore. I am very well settled with my job which pays decent and leaves me spare time of around 20 hours a week. (I am not compromising on my exercises and time with friends for these 20 hours). Now, I want to put these 20 hours in use by taking up something which will help me develop social an management skills (which unfortunately my job do not provide).
