If you want to learn how to dirtbike then I would get a crf230f or xr 200 or ttr 225 those would be my choices if I got a trail bike because i'm very similiar to your size but I like motocross so I don't have one

I think you would be good on a CRF 150.

if you want to ride trails get a bike like 200, 225, 230 or somthin. There are also pit bikes, a 125 4 stoke is a good starter for your size. Also if you want to maybe get into jumping or racing an 85 or 125 two stoke would be nice for you.
