Whats the difference between a pit and a dirt bike?

Answer:
a pit bike is a small usally tricked out mini bike to just ride around in the pits before and after the race. usally people wear no gear. just a little play bike to screw around on. these bikes are usally crf/xr 50,70,80,100 or a kawasaki klx110. a real dirtbike is an actual big bike that has a lot more power and probably needs some gear and experience to ride on. I guess you could classify a dirtbike as like a 250cc or higher. a crf150 and ttr125 could be classified as either i guess.
