How do you upload music and pictures to your PSP from your computer?

When i download/upload things to the Psp it shows in the memory card but will not Show/Play on the Psp, Can anyone explain how to do this properly?

for music use windows media player U can also go to the music file and drag them to ur psps music folder same with pics u just do it in the picture folder
