This is the information you provided to Hotmail when you signed up for your account. Enter your country, state and zip code and the answer to your secret question. If you don't remember the answer or remember the alternative email to send the new password to, there's no way to retrieve the password. =( There's a way to recover it though. I don't remember exactly how many days.. but if you don't log into your Hotmail account for certain days,, it will expire and cease to exist. It used to be 30 days,, but it seems the period got extended recently. When the email expires, then you can create a new one that's identical to your old Hotmail email address. If you haven't used the account for a long time, try creating a new Hotmail account that's identical to your old Hotmail address.
